Our Guild...

has gone wayyyyy down hill since day one. There are not enough people that play anymore, and I am considering other options at this point. If you want more information, just PM in game when I'm on.

Im getting on now to see whats up..maybe help recruit..but to be honest im not really "feeling" the game like I used to..with Fallout 3, CoD 5, and about 3 other games all out or coming out in 1 week...I honestly don't see myself playing AoC too much... =/ but we'll see...

im over WoW..im back into my PS3 games...I havent been on AoC in like 1 week...I got on today and recruited 2 ppl. The problem with AoC is that if you don't have someone constantly recruiting (at least 2 times a day)the guild will eventually die. AoC turnover (quit %) is insanely high...no guild, except those that have been here forever can self-sustain itself because you need a large amount of dedicated players...which are hard to find...so unless you are constantly recruiting..ppl in your guild will quit and others will leave due to lack of activity...so bottomline is...you have to contantly recruit until you have a very large base of dedicated players or else the guild will collapse. =/

Brehon man ya i agree, I really don't want to be leading a dying guild, that is my problem. even kitrina left the guild and he was always on helping everyone. i really think i am going to end up leaving and joing the guild my main is in, i will gladly pass the reigns to someone who is willing to take over and keep the city that we've created. just the professions need upgrading to complete t2, i will be willing to mail the mats i still have to anyone dedicated, just let me know, because its just how everything has been going, its how i feel. to get a hold of me when I am on please pm Trophyscars or Shadowbeast, if I am not on vent.

Trophy I have a better idea...lets merge SF with another guild..maybe ur other chars guild? ask the leader there...what ya think?

well dude me and roston talked about it last night... we are going to one of our alts as GM for the time being and if the game itself ever picks up we are going to come back to the guild and build on what we have and what we can get you know. right now its just not working out as id imagined it would, so i will stay updated on the guild but thats about all for now man.

Me being inactive really has caused a stop in recruitment...we need more officers to keep the guild going...Roston needs to get online since he is GL and promote ppl imo.

agreed, i havnt seen more than 4 people on at once in ages, we definatly need more people.
